Connected is not the same as received.
A streaming workflow is operational when the expected programme reaches the intended destination and can be verified from an independent receiver.
Verify the whole chain.
Programme output → encoder → server → mount → independent receiver → observed outcome.
Recovery also needs proof.
A restarted process is not enough. The receiver must return to the expected programme within the intended recovery window.
